  1. alles schön erklärt, aber es wurde nur immer von der rechten Führungsseite gesprochen. Links im Wechsel ist zur Entlastung und je nach Gelände einzusetzen..Grüess

  2. Beim Training 80% aus den Beinen arbeiten ! Die Stöcke geben ersteinmal nur den Rhythmus vor und dienen nicht zum Abstützen!
