Supreme Court docket says wrongful demise lawsuit towards Dallas officers can go forward

DALLAS - The excessive court will permit a wrongful death lawsuit to proceed towards the city of Dallas and four law enforcement officials.

The family of a man who died in police custody in 2016 sued.
