DALLAS - The excessive court will permit a wrongful death lawsuit to proceed towards the city of Dallas and four law enforcement officials.

The family of a man who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

Tony Timpa known as police for assist as he had a drug and mental well being disaster.

The Supreme Court docket upheld a federal appeals court docket’s ruling that will enable the case to proceed.
