Paul Pelosi: Nancy Pelosi’s husband arrested on DUI expenses

Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. PT and charged with driving beneath the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or increased, in response to the Napa County Legal Justice Network's public booking report. Each expenses are misdemeanors.

Pelosi was attempting to cross SR-29 when his 2021 Porsche was hit by a 2014 Jeep touring northbound on the street, in response to a collision report from the California Freeway Patrol, which doesn't establish both driver as being at fault within the crash. Troopers have been referred to as to the scene just earlier than 10:30 p.m., the report said.

There have been no injuries reported in the crash and the Jeep's driver was not arrested, the report stated.

CNN has reached out to the freeway patrol and the Napa County Sheriff's Workplace for extra particulars.

Bail was set at $5,000 based on the booking report, and records point out Pelosi was launched Sunday morning.
