Bay Area cop charged with masturbating in entrance of family throughout domestic violence name

A Bay Space police officer has been charged with masturbating in entrance of a household that known as police throughout a fraught domestic violence call.

The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Workplace has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent exposure after responding to a restraining order call on the night of April 21.

An unidentified individual whose household put a domestic violence restraining order towards him had allegedly violated the order and was at the household’s home, in accordance with an announcement of info supplied by the District Attorney’s Office.
