Spouse stuffed husband’s cellphone with child porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading hundreds of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s cellphone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in line with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the machine and stated she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn in their home.

The police say that cellphone had tons of of images of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to wonder why the telephone he was utilizing did not have any pictures much like those Moore become them. And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his previous phone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his main phone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same expenses in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
