Spouse filled husband’s telephone with child porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading a whole bunch of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the system and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn of their home.

The police say that cellphone had hundreds of photographs of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to marvel why the phone he was using didn't have any pictures similar to those Moore became them. That’s once they reportedly received a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore had been friends and had mentioned carrying out the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they were buddies and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his main phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same costs in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
