Wife filled husband’s telephone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered round loading tons of of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the system and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their house.

The police say that telephone had lots of of photos of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to wonder why the telephone he was using didn't have any images similar to the ones Moore turned into them. That’s once they reportedly acquired a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were pals and had mentioned finishing up the incident upfront.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they have been pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his previous phone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t assume too much of it as a result of it was not his main telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same fees in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
