The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Unbiased Faculty District police pressure are no longer cooperating with the Texas Division of Public Safety's investigation into the bloodbath at Robb Elementary School and the state's review of the regulation enforcement response, a number of legislation enforcement sources tell ABC Information.

The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Impartial School District didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from ABC Information.

In keeping with sources, the decision to stop cooperating occurred soon after the director of DPS, Col. Steven McCraw, held a information conference Friday throughout which he stated the delayed police entry into the classroom was "the mistaken choice" and contrary to protocol.
