Juveniles Crash Stolen Car Close to White Home: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles had been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automobile into a concrete security barrier near the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service stated.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the automobile about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The automobile slammed into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at 17th Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officials stated.

Video exhibits a silver sedan partly crumpled within the front throughout the street from a Secret Service guard publish, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the street.

There were two juveniles within the automotive. Both have been taken to a hospital and are actually in steady situation, officials mentioned. We do not know their exact ages.

They’re expected to face fees.

D.C. police are investigating.
