  1. all the food you make looks so delicious you should make a cookbook or something to put all these recipes in i would definitely buy one, it could be like merch

  2. Another tip is once you start adding flour to the dough, don't beat it but FOLD it into the mixture, just like with the chocolate chunks/chips. This will decrease the chances of you overbeating/overmixing the dough, which would lead to a tough, crumbly cookie.

  3. I've made these cookie a couple times and they became a quick favorite. However sometimes the cookies come out a bit flat and spread. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong in the mixing process or I'm scooping too little before baking. Any ideas?

  4. Its a bit salty. Reduce salt to pinch rather 2 tsp. Butter was more need to add much flour to compensate, which turned out less sweet. But overall it came well and tastes gud

  5. The fact that no one seems to be able to replicate their liquid butter + sugar consistency without altering the recipe is a huge red flag. I'd say avoid this recipe and all the unnecessary bells and whistles because they aren't honest about their process and you're just gonna waste your ingredients trying to copy the video. The flavor is mediocre at best anyway.

  6. hello and congratulations … a question … these cookies still remain soft inside … but how do you make them totally crumbly and crunchy like the famous chips ahoy ???

  7. Made this yesterday they came out great and it was also the first time I ever made chocolate chip cookies or baked in my life. Making more today for my niece and nephew for this upcoming weekend but with a few miners tweaks no espresso they are little no caffeine, and they would not like dark chocolate that much I will use regular milk chocolate chunks instead.

  8. You NEVER add water to choc chip cookie dough. EVER. One of the purposes of making brown butter is to evaporate the water that is naturally in the butter. The other reason is to give it a nutty flavor. By adding water, the cookie will become stale quicker, have a lack of crispness, and essentially defeat the entire purpose of browning it in the first place. These people did not attend culinary school.

  9. Those are the best cookies i have ever tried! They are super soft from inside and crispy from outside, they are very easy and quick too, and i tried like 10 recipes and these look more puffy and taste great! You should definitely try them!🍪🍪
